SMS Terms of Service
These terms govern the Directee support line, (888) 423-4311, a text and voice line operated by Directee (Digital Lighthouse Designs, LLC). By texting the support line you agree to these terms. Use of the Directee application itself is governed by our general Terms of Service.
What the service does
The support line lets you text or call Directee with questions about the product, help getting set up, or billing. Messages are received by the Directee support team, who reply to you. This is a conversational service. We send no marketing or promotional messages.
If you leave a voicemail on the support line, the recording and its transcript are kept so we can hear your question in your own words, and are deleted once your request is resolved.
How you opt in
You opt in by texting the support line published on our contact page. You start the conversation; we reply to it. We do not send a first message to anyone who has not texted us.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You receive messages only in reply to a message you sent.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply. Directee does not charge you for text messages.
Opting out (STOP) and help (HELP)
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance, call the support line, or email support@directee.app.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside Directee’s control.
Not for emergencies
The support line is not an emergency service. It is not monitored around the clock, and a reply may not be immediate. If you are experiencing a medical or safety emergency, call 911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
Privacy
We never share or sell your mobile number. See our SMS Privacy Policy.
