SMS Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Directee, operated by Digital Lighthouse Designs, LLC (“Directee”, “we”, “us”), collects and uses mobile phone numbers in connection with the Directee support line, (888) 423-4311. It covers text messaging specifically and supplements the general Directee privacy policy.
We do not share or sell your mobile number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade mobile phone numbers under any circumstances.
The only parties who see your number are the Directee support team and our telecommunications provider, Twilio, solely for the purpose of delivering the messages you send and receive.
Who receives messages, and why
When you text the Directee support line, we receive your mobile number and the content of your message so we can answer your question. You start the conversation and we reply to it. We do not send messages to anyone who has not first texted us.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are conversational: you receive them only in reply to a message you sent. There is no recurring or scheduled campaign, and we send no marketing or promotional messages.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to every message you send and receive. Directee does not charge you for text messages.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP at any time to opt out and stop receiving messages. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance.
What we store
We store your mobile number, the content of the messages you exchange with us, and the time they were sent, so we have the context to help you. Voicemails left on the support line are recorded and transcribed for the same purpose. This information is visible only to the Directee support team.
